What are the benefit limits of the TBI Benefit Management Program?

Because the TBI Benefit Management Program is designed to supplement existing efforts to provide for individuals with brain injury, there are benefit limits. The benefit limit is $15,000 per individual per year with a lifetime maximum of $60,000. The program is not designed to provide intensive treatment or long-term support. However, the cost for case management services does not count against the person’s annual or lifetime benefit cap.
